Diverse Offerings for Diverse Groups
Northern Iowa Therapy was rebranded as NIT in 2018. What originally started in 1993 as a part-time job quickly expanded into a full-service therapy business with over 150 employees in 17 counties and 40 locations. When you work with NIT, you are able to provide services in a variety of facilities, creating the opportunity to diversify your portfolio by experiencing different situations in diverse settings. Each clinic has a variety of equipment to aid you in assessing and treating your patients to ensure they receive optimal care. We also provide in-home care services and work with both adults and children, so no matter who your preferred patient might be, we help serve them all.
Annual Mission Trip to Guatemala
In celebrating 25 years of business, NIT invited employees to attend last year’s mission trip to San Lucas, Guatemala. We see the importance in fostering a culture of making a difference in our patients’ lives, both regionally and globally. During our time there, we assisted local healthcare providers to deliver much-needed services to the local villagers in a women’s center, a school, a coffee processing plant, many housing projects, a reforestation program, a health clinic, and a rural healthcare program. Each year, NIT will select 3 employees, including family and/or students to attend a one-week mission program in Guatemala so that you too can be a part of something truly fulfilling and life-changing.
